Wellness AT Work YOGA classes are taught by Katrine N. Barclay, a Registered Yoga Teacher with nationally recognized Yoga Alliance for over ten years.
Katrine says, “My goal is to make yoga accessible. I have two primary styles of classes: Yoga Flow (Vinyasa), an active form of yoga geared to those who want to move as they stretch and strengthen; and Chair Yoga, for those that want to stretch and strengthen with their bodies supported at all times. I have participants link breath with movement in both class styles to enhance the mind/body connection cultivating meditation through movement.
The participants of my yoga classes range from age 16 to 101. My classes are down to earth, fun, and offer something for everyone, every BODY.”
